Laughing is quite literally my most favorite thing in this whole world. I keep quotes in my phone of funny things I hear and I write down funny blogs, movies, quotes.. whatever. So, I'm going to share some of those things.

In other news, my boyfriend doesn't know what some things are apparently. As he has called the hamper a hamster ("Here, put this in the hamster. Or whatever it's called.") and the other day asked me to hand him the "whoopie cushion" when he wanted the bean bag chair.
There are some things I think are funny but I'm not sure why. Which is so interesting to me.

Apparently, the other day my almost-3-year-old niece was with some of my family at a restaurant and when the waitress came to the table she said, "I don't want beer but her, and her, and him do." Well done.

The ADS

Workin it OUT/ Today.
Alright yall, so week two is fixin to come right along. The first day of the second week of this dieting thing is TOMORROW. Which means, I'm SOOO getting skinnier by the SECOND.
Claerly I blogged DAILY about what I ate and stuff. Oh also, If you're looking for a workout class, (A GOOD ONE), I go to boxing!! It's SO fun and super hard! I love it. - at Knockout Fitness. It's the greatest place alive.
Anywho, today i'm going to orientation for my school which i REALLY do not want to go to. But "all students must attend" so apparently I'm going anyway. Totally sucks. Oh but I'm not going to cosmo school, I'm going to school for FILM! YAYYY!!!!
I'm like SO OLD YALL. I don't want to mix and mingle with all of the 17 years olds at this orientation! It's really not that serious I don't know what my issue is. Mostly I just wanna stay here and work on music and videos. but WHATEVER. I really should be getting ready to go. heh. In other news I'm pretty sure the music video that I edited for 5 hours last night is gone. Awesome. Oh scratch that, I found it. Ugh guess I gotta go get ready. how lame. well bye

Day One: 5:06:07 8/9/10
Alright, Dieting:
I've done this before. Multiple times. But actually stuck with it once and lost 30 pounds! So, at least I do know what I'm doing.
One of my obstacles is that I am a VERY picky eater. As I'm pretty sure I've discussed before, I have a fear of trying new food. I've recently started therapy for this nonsense and I tried my very first carrot about two weeks ago. True story. I also tried my first salad! That is actually genuinely HUGE news and I should definitely announce it to the rest of the world that does not read my blog. (approx. 6,697,254,041 people). (everyone living).
So anyway my general rule about losing weight is:
Eat 1200-1300 calories a day and exercise 5-6 days a week for an hour- an hour and a half a day. This is what I did last time. It works! And actually last time I usually only exercised 5 days a week.
Now, given my unusal eating habit dilemma, it's not hard for me to eat the same thing every day.. and that is what I did. For the most part. After a while I got a nutritionist.
Then gained it all back plus one billion more pounds.
OK now. What to do. Well, first, set a goal. And don't make it too crazy for goodness sakes! You're NOT going to lose 5 pounds a week. Not if you're doing this healthily. What I like to do is make a calendar with how many pounds I can lose a week so I can see the long term goal I'm reaching for. Like this:

Maybe I'll lose more than that, maybe I'll lose less than that. But I know that goal is 100% possible and I like to see what I'm working for.
Now, some people prefer to have a cheat day once a week where they pick one thing they can eat the takes them over their calorie intake needed for their goal weight... I don't like doing that because I feel like it throws me off track. But that's just me. It might work for you. And maybe it'd work for me this time around. WHO knows!
Anyway, I feel like this is getting to be a bit excessive. I'm planning on logging in what I eat and what I did for exercise daily. And giving out tips and stuff that's worked for me in the past. Losing weight is always easier when you have someone to do it with!
Sometimes when i think about it, it seems silly to me. We get to eat at least 3 times a day, how can we want more than that?? But most of us do! lol anywho don't give up! I'm gonna do this and so will you!
